instructions

  1. clean mushrooms: see note 1.
  2. preheat oven to 200degc / 390degf (180degc fan).
  3. mix butter: mix the herb & green onion butter ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  4. smear mushrooms: place mushrooms gills side up on a large tray. ...
  5. bake: bake 25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
  6. serve!
