melt the butter (250g salted butter, melted) and sweetened condensed milk (1 tin sweetened condensed milk) together. add to the dry ingredients. place into a slice pan and refrigerate. melt icing ingredients (250g cadbury baking milk chocolate|2 tsp cooking oil) altogether and drizzle on top of slice.
