add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar into a bowl, add 1/2 cup of melted ghee/clarified butter and whisk for a couple of minutes. add 1 cup of all-purpose flour/maida and 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, mix it well with a whisk. using hands knead gently. add 1-2 tablespoons of milk if required.
