  1. 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
  2. 2 cups ice.
  3. 1 1/2 cup frozen whipped cream (low-carb or coconut whipped cream work too)
  4. 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise and inside scooped out.
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  6. 2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, swerve, monkfruit, sugar)
