  1. 75g butter, plus extra for greasing.
  2. 3 eggs.
  3. juice and zest of 2 lemons.
  4. 200g caster sugar.
  5. 75g creme fraiche.
  6. 150g plain or cake flour (a very fine plain flour, such as 00)
  7. 1tsp baking powder.
