How do you make macarons with plain flour?

macaron

  1. 110 grams of powdered sugar.
  2. 70 grams all-purpose/regular flour.
  3. 2 egg whites from large eggs - 65-70 grams (12-24 room temp)
  4. pinch of salt.
  5. 45 grams of sugar.
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
