what is chimichurri sauce? it's an oil-based herb sauce made with fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, crushed red pepper, oil + salt & pepper. the dominating flavors are parsley, garlic & vinegar (depending on how much you like to add of the latter for extra tang).
