  1. 1.5 cups fresh shredded coconut/ grated coconut.
  2. 1 shallot chopped or 4 asian shallots or 2 tbsp chopped onion.
  3. 2 teaspoons chili flakes.
  4. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to your taste)
  6. 2 teaspoons lime juice or small piece of lime (adjust to your taste)
  7. 1 habanero (optional)
