dip meatballs in 2 eggs beaten with 2-4 tbs water, let excess drain off, roll in bread crumbs and add to pan. fry about 2 minutes on each side, until well browned. move to rack on baking pan. place in hot oven for 15 or 20 minutes until the fat drains from the meatballs.
