1. preheat the oven to 200degc or 400degf.
2. add the paper liners to a cupcake/muffin pan.
3. place the coconut and sugar in a bowl and mix.
4. add the eggs and mix well but without mixing it too much.
5. pour into the paper liners with the help of a spoon.
6. bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
