you should not use parchment paper on a pizza stone because most types of parchment can't handle the heat. to get crispy pizza on a pizza stone, you need the oven to be as hot as possible. that means the oven will be 450 - 500degf (230 - 260 degc) or more, while parchment paper usually can't handle more than 430degf (220degc).
