Best answer
spread a thin layer of cream cheese on 4 slices of the bread. then top each slice with a quarter of the smoked salmon and 4 cucumber slices.
squeeze on the lemon juice then top with remaining bread and cut the crusts off. cut the sandwiches into fingers or triangles and serve straight away.
