method

1. fill 4 large glass tumblers with crushed ice. add 100ml aperol and 100ml prosecco to each glass.
2. peel thin strips from the orange. set aside. juice 1 orange and divide between the glasses. add the orange peels.
3. slice the remaining orange and add to each glass. top with soda water and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
