pizza sauce: i don't add sauce inside the calzone, to keep it from getting soggy. serve calzones with warm sauce on the side. pizza sauce or marinara sauce go with most any type of calzone, or serve with white garlic sauce, ranch, or bbq sauce for a bbq chicken calzone.
