preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees for 3 minutes. cover most of the air fryer base with tin foil (make sure you can still see some holes) and add the potatoes to the air fryer. cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes, then flip potatoes and cook for another 7 minutes.
