cuban (a.k.a cubano) sandwiches combine cuban roast pork, ham, swiss cheese, and pickles on soft bread to form a whole higher plane of amazingness. there's no if, ands, or buts about it! in fact, i've made this cuban pork roast for the sole purpose of making cubanos!
