What is the best way to make garlic spinach?

1. heat oil over med-high heat in a fry pan.
2. add garlic and cook for 1 min.
3. add spinach, salt and pepper. toss the spinach for 1-2 minutes until mostly wilted.
4. remove from heat and serve.
