how to make cinnamon applesauce muffins

  1. cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  2. add eggs one at a time until fluffy.
  3. add vanilla and applesauce and mix.
  4. slowly mix in dry ingredients.
  5. place in greased muffin tin or paper cupcake liners and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
