directions

  1. preheat broiler.
  2. place pineapple slices on a jelly-roll pan. drizzle with butter; sprinkle with sugar. broil 4 minutes or until sugar melts. sprinkle coconut over pineapple; broil 2 minutes or until coconut is toasted.
